ChangYong Shin

Changyong Shin earned his Bachelor of Music degree from Curtis and his Master's from Juilliard, where he is pursuing an Artist Diploma. Most recently, Mr. Shin has appeared in recital at Seoul Art Center's IBK Hall, with the Arts Symphony at Seoul Art Center Concert Hall and Seongnam Art Center, and in a live broadcast recital for WQXR's Midday Masterpieces series at The Greene Space in New York City.

Additional performances include a solo debut at the Barletta Piano Festival and recitals at Kumho Art Hall, the Louvre, Salle Cortot Hall, and Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, among others. Orchestral engagements feature those with the KBS Orchestra at Seoul, the Gwacheon Philharmonic Orchestra at Seoul Art Center, and the Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Shin's debut CD was released on the Steinway & Sons label in 2018, and a second album is scheduled for release in 2019–2020.
